Candidate introductions, as well as their detailed information is stictly confidential and cannot be distributed (inside or outside) to others without consent from the candidate.

Once the ideal candidate has been selected and positive references have been collected, salary negotiation and pre-employment screening by the client will begin. Wehry & Company ensures that both parties are aware of each other’s wishes in a timely and thorough manner, without interfering in this.

After this phase, the role of the executive search consultant evolves into an on-boarding agent. In view of our placement guarantee of 12 months, it is convenient for us that the expectations of the employer regarding the performance of the new employee are clearly and unambiguously formulated; preferably with periodic milestones. In this way, a new employee immediately knows which performance is considered important.
