On-Boarding
After this phase, the role of the executive search consultant evolves into an on-boarding agent. In view of our placement guarantee of 12 months, it is convenient for us that the expectations of the employer regarding the performance of the new employee are clearly and unambiguously formulated; preferably with periodic milestones. In this way, a new employee immediately knows which performance is considered important.
